1 Thessalonians 2:17-3:13
Key Verse 2:19-20 “For what is our hope, our joy, or the crown in which we will glory in the presence of our Lord Jesus when he comes? Is it not you? Indeed, you are our glory and joy.”
1. How did Paul describe the apostles’ separation from the Thessalonians? (2:17) Why could Paul not go back to see them? (18) Why did he want them to know this?
2. What does it mean that these new believers were the hope, joy, glory and crown of the apostles? (19-20; Philippians 4:1) Why is it important to want others to be saved in Jesus Christ?
