Luke does not develop theological arguments on the resurrection of Christ; rather, he gives the evidence of the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. He tells us also what happened in the hearts of those who saw the Risen Christ. When his disciples were in deep despair, the Risen Christ taught the Bible until they opened their spiritual eyes to see the Risen Christ, and as a result, their hearts were burning within them with glorious hope.
