Ruth 2:1-23

1. What did Ruth initiate to do to care for her destitute mother-in-law? (1-3; cf. Deuteronomy 24:19-22) Why was this dangerous, especially for a Moabite woman in Judah? (22)
2. Who was Boaz and what kind of person was he, and how did he show kindness to Ruth? (1; 4-9)
3. How was Boaz moved by her loyalty and her faith in God? (11-12) What does it mean to take refuge under the wings of God? (12: cf. Psalm 91:4) How did Boaz continue to show his kindness and generosity? (14-16)
