PAUL’S TESTIMONY TO HIS FELLOW JEWS

Acts 21:37-22:29

Key Verses 22:14-15 “Then he said: ‘The God of our ancestors has chosen you to know his will and to see the Righteous One and to hear words from his mouth. You will be his witness to all people of what you have seen and heard.”

1. Why was the crowd so angered by Paul? (21:27-29) How did Paul get permission to speak to the crowd? (21:37-40)

2. What were Paul’s credentials as a Jew? (1-5; cf. Philippians 3:5-6) How had he demonstrated his zeal for God? How were his fellow Jews making the same mistake he had made?

3. How did his meeting with the Risen Jesus change Paul? (6-10) Who was Ananias and what did he do for Paul? (12-13)

4. What was God’s message to Paul through Ananias? (14-15) How could God forgive Paul’s sins in spite of what he had done? (16; 1 Timothy 1:13-15)
